try walking places instead of driving. get a mini trampoline, not expensive at all but good fun and you lose weight and tone up. you can get gym balls for about �5 from Asda to tone up tummy muscles. fitness dvds? exercise bike? there are LOADS of inexpensive ideas!!!!!
eat sensibly..... find your willpower and stick to it and remember the reasons you wanna lose weight. my friend took a picture of herself when she was fat and stuck it to the fridge, every time she went for a snack she saw what she didn't want to be anymore.
