Assault + drink driving

One of my friends has been charged with assault on a bouncer and drink driving. He is due to appear in Court today, pleading guilty and has not got a violent reputation within the Court system...although he has done community service before.Does anyone know what sentence he would be looking at?

its impossible to say.
re the drink driving, he will lose his licence for at least a year, and with the assault on top it does not look good. if he has done community service before then he has previous, and that will be looked at. if is on similar lines of assault or drink drive then he might do some time. if not he may be lucky with a whoping fine, and some more comm service.
