hi
can anyone give me any tips on how to relax my belly from all the knots ive had for a few days now, im workup about a few things, but trying to relax isnt easy.
thanks for any help

Using the tips of your fingers massage in a circular motion in a clockwise position around your belly button for three minutes and then relax with a hot water bottle on the same area. Another good way of relaxing is sit comfortably and take a deep breath in ,for a count of six, hold for six and breath out slowly for eight.If you do this for a couple of minutes every few hours you will find you start to feel much better.
