Why do I feel sick when I take a multivitamin tablet on an empty stomach? (This doesn't happen with any other medication).

Well Nicola Jane. quite a few of the constituents of the tablet can have that effect, especially if it is one of the megadose ones. Iron and or vit C do this to me and I'm sure that other respondents will cite diffwerent causes for them. answer, take with or after food.

Very interesting. Thank you very much for your answers. I've been taking Asda multivitamins, so maybe I'll try a slightly better quality brand and see how it goes. Cheers!
