My friend seems to be having a recurrence of TLE which she suffered from as a child but the only symptoms she seems to have are occasional collapses sudden and short with an associated muscle weakness - her legs give way and she falls but doesnt remember the lead up and seems to blank out momentarily. She exhibits none of the other symptoms of TLE as far as I can tell and the muscle weakness has been a problem for her for about ten years - any ideas please ?
