Annoying housemates

Bit of a different question i guess, but do any of you have annoying housemates and if so what bad habits do they do that totally p*sses you off?

I have very special talents that I wish others possesed : the ability to put food down disposal (not just leave it in sink) , run water and twist plug to work. I can pick up clothes from bathroom floor. Most special of all I can tell when there is no more paper on a loo roll and I can make another one appear on the loo roll holder .. that's magic!
Mine have just moved out....bliss. I really miss their inability to empty the bin when it is overflowing, to do washing up rather than just dumping it in the sink, to do something useul with my clothes when they take them out of the washing machine (when I have always sorted theirs rather than leave them in a screwed up heap), to pick plates up from the floor, and to shut the front door when it is freezing.
Aw your lucky campbellking, thats all the things i get annoyed about! Just seems a 1 way thing alot of the time. Its me, my best mate sharing with a guy mate...me and my best mate work/live together really well on eachothers wavelength totally, share food and housework...whereas the guy well a typical man hey
No new housemates. I bought jointly with one of my friends, who's now bought her own place and has sold me her half of the house. Have reached the age of 40, and am going to live on my own for the first time ever (some people achieve things late in life). Do miss their cooking ability (blooming sight better than mine). Also Campbell the cat is severely missing a lie down on the comfy double bed (she's having to settle for the single)
Aw i bet in a few weeks youll be loving your own space! Im thinking of buying with my best friend next year, sick of this renting crap its just empty money isnt it! Set to move house saturday in to the next sreet! Gunna stay there for about a year and try get a mortgage with my friend ... is it easy to do? As i know they have mortgages for friends now dont they?
When I had a housemate a couple of years back, she'd yak loudly, non-stop on the phone all night, Every night (sometimes even take it with her to the washroom)
She was a also a neat freak (I think she may have had OCD) and would vacuum the apartment every other day and if she missed a day, the vacuum would be brought out at night and off she would go until there was not a dust grain left in sight.

Years ago I had a really annoying housemate who among other things used to rush into the shower every morning as soon as he heard my alarm go off, by the time I got out he'd have his tesco value fish fingers under the grill, stinking the house out. Nice!
Also used to take turns doing the washing up, he'd do it when not even a quarter of the dishes etc were used.
Got my own back by seducing his missus! He drove me to it!!
