Why is it that posh/upper class people have big red rosy cheeks?

I have always wondered this....

I think its because their posh Aunties pinch their cheeks so much when they're young. It stays with you for life...

But if thats not the case, I have no idea!
I think it must be the embarrassment of talking with a plum in their mouth all the time! enough to make ya blush!
Is it because they are always outdoors hunting shooting and fishing?

(Sometimes I feel like Alan Davies on QI and am waiting for the stating the obvious answer buzzer to come on!)
