Has anyone got Lillia's Latinacise, or the Dirty Dancing workout? Any recommendations of good exercise videos? I am normally a runner / cyclist but would like a change, especially as it's so horrible out!

Good question. I'd be interested in the answers too. I'm the same as you ( I run, walk and cycle for excercise usually ) but the weather is really off-putting atm.

buy a turbo trainer, its a bit of kit that attaches itself to your bike and turns it into a cycling machine, put it all in front of your telly and watch a summer type film whilst cycling
