I have just had results back for food intolerance. I seem to be be intolerant to wheat, citrus fruits, red meat, coffee and rhuabarb.

What a load of pants. Apart from an occassional dry scalp I really do not have any health issues whatsoever. Are these companies money making scams?

(My test was free at Holland and Barratts about a month ago)

And I eat rhubarb about twice a year.

How can any company tell me to stop eating citrus fruits?

ahhh, poor Mr Wardy.... I've had real intolerance testing because I was truly unwell. Mine was through the hospital though.
So why did you go? curiosity? heartburn?(citrus fruits) dry scalp? tummy probs?
Are you going to become one of us fussy peops lol... gluten free etc...... :-)
when you say dry scalp i presume you mean dandruff.

They were doing tests free in H and B so I simply took advantage. Bloody cretins.

Infact I am going to eat a big juicy steak and 3 oranges to make my point. Is rhubarb still in season?? If it is I shall get my housemaid (due in tomorrow) to make one with extra wheat flour!!

If the intolerances dont give you any problems and you didnt pay for test what are you worrying about! Go make some fresh lemonade and drink it to your hearts content :)

You'll be laughing the other side of your ar5e off when I eat the leaves and sue you!!!
lol.... I'm not the one making it for you.... bless.... now open wide... here comes the choo choo......
Eat the lot, Wardy. You are as fit as a fiddle (despite our worries regarding your milk intake ;o) and if none of those foods are giving you any grief...eat drink & be merry, Captain.
By food intolerance they probably mean you can't have it all the time, everyday or you'll have some sort of a reaction ... ie, coffee=insomnia/headache,
red meat= bloatedness/tummyache,
citrus fruits=orangy skin color and acidity
rhubarb=...? try it and let us know
certain minor symptoms could be missed - like weakness, dizzyness, all over itching, bloating, tiredness etc...so you could have them and not really give them much thought - though if they are not bothering you don't worry about it.

i had this test too - turned out all i could 'safely' eat was vegetables!

it said i was intolerant to dairy, yeast, salt, sugar, fungi, mould, - and you'd be surprised how much stuff contains variants of these things - like whey for instance.

i just eat what i like and take tablets...
Hi Wardy,

My dad used to have a dry scalp (not a snowflake in sight), so used Vaseline Hair Tonic...never had a dry scalp again!

Enjoy the rhubarb crumble - with custard, cream or ice-cream?
