Yawning is your bodys way of getting a burst of oxygen into your blood stream, rather than being caused by being tired solely. I often yawn when I'm in a enclosed space with candles or an open fire. I would recommend some fresh air and a brisk walk round the block ;-)
I often find that I will yawn al day at work and then feel perfectly alert as soon as I leave work! Anybody else recognise this? BTW, where are YOU from Nona?!

This is what I have suffered all day.. had to sit with my fingers in my eyes to prevent myself falling asleep. Bright as a button as soon as the clock turned 4.00pm though. I think I suffer from TATT (tired all the time), wonder if the medical profession will allow it as a recognised condition. I answered your other question in P&P's :o)
if your at work or somethink then breath normally and dont forget to breath every so often thats why you yawn you forget to breathe in oxegen
