I like this guy, but I know he doesn't like me in the same way... Cos we've talked about it and I know he's crazy about someone else.

That's sometimes just what you need - to tell a complete stranger who has no axe to grind, and no judgements to make based on knowing you personally.

It hurts, but it will pass, and you will find someone, but that's no consolation right now, so know that I understand, and feel for you, and if you want to 'unburden' again, there are lots of good people on here who will feel the same.

I'm in the same situation although there isn't anyone else on his side...just can't be with him or different reasons..but it still boils down to the same feelings as yours...and yep!it SUCKS!But d'ye know what?I'm SICK of liking people and it not going anywhere!!Down with that sort of thing!

We were talking about how much I love my work, and he said "shouldn't you care about a person more" and had no idea why I was so pi55ed off about it!!

my situation is slightly different...he says he likes me, and says all the nice things but there is someone else too...which is a pain!! but hey!! i'm going out on the pull this weekend so fingers crossed!! lol
