I know what you mean.
Once i wake up i can lie there for a couple of minutes but i then have to get up.
The rest of the family are awake, watching TV in bed but i can't even do that!
I've tried making a cuppa and going back to bed with it, just to lay there and 'chill' but it's no good i have to get up!!!
I'm up as well! Got up early to watch the Grand Prix and am about to make Mrs007 breakfast in bed..... well, i am about to set all the smoke alarms off and wake her up anyway!
Have a good Sunday.

Hi Camoe.God its soooo annoying isn't it! Any the worst thing is that I am an insomniac anyway - I doubt if I have had more than 3 hours sleep!

Craig - you little sweetheart! Nobody ever cooks me breakfast! sob sob)
Morning all,

Hi pinkie, be glad you are up early, best time of the day,
are you still in the countryside ? I am just off to walk into the village, about I mile away for my paper, enjoy the peace and quiet and a bit of time to yourself pink xx
Pink - I don't have any trouble sleeping so i suppose it's not too bad, at least i get some sleep.
As for breakfast in bed - no i can't even do that. On birthdays and mothers day the kids have brought me up breakfast - nothing fancy, just toast and tea - but i hate it, i find myself getting really wound up!!
The kids know this now and will get up and prepare me brekkie downstairs!

Morning Ray! Yes still in the countryside - till december I think.

Cameo - I know exactly what you mean - One of my son's decided to make me eggs on toast one Mothers Day - and wanted me to eat it there and then in bed.It was so lovely of him but I could barely stomach it as I just can't eat till I have been up at least an hour.
Hi Pink - this morning is the first morning I have stayed in bed for ages (since in France) I'm like you - habitual insomniac who can't lie in once awake. Don't know what's different this morning though!
morning all
Morning Zorro

Yeah, that sounds like a fine idea too Zorro !
Sunday lunch followed by sofa and footie - especially since Mr L is a mancunian and I'm a geordie !!
