hi, does any one have a recipe for pineapple and walnut cake, my mum used to make this, but i have lost the recipe, you put pineapple and walnut in the cake and icing on the top, please can someone out thete help me?

The recipe posted by Mccfluff sounds good is Baking soda the equivalent here in U.K to Baking Powder or is it Bicarb Soda
