read the label on the bottle it will give you instructions.
whenever the doc has told you to take them and usually after you have eaten not on an empty stomach but there usually taken at regular intervals
Your Doctor should have explained clearly when and how often the drugs should be taken. You should take the pills at the same time each day to aid memory. For definitive advice on what time of day is best for you to take these particular antibiotics, contact your GP.

Theoratically you should space out the doses as evenly as possible over 24 hours ie: four times a day - every 6 hours, three times a day - every 8 hours. But in reality all doctors and pharmacists know that patients won't want to get up in the middle of the night to take them so recommend spacing out the doses evenly throughout the wakjng day eg if you are awake at 8am and go to bed at 11pm - four times a day take at 8am, 1pm, 6pm, 11pm. Three times a day take at 8am, 3pm, 10pm. Hope this helps!!
When taking 3 antibiotics a day they're ideally taken at 8 hour intervals say 7am, 3pm and 11pm but you need to eat something beforehand. Just taking 2 which is the norm it's easy to have 12 hours between them.
