A friend suffers from cerebral palsy and lives on her own at the moment. I would like to suggest to her that she moves to live nearer to me in some sort of sheltered accomodation. I don't know the first thing about how to find what sheltered accomadation is available. Any help would be gratefully received.

if you live in the UK then you could try the following, ask at your and her local social services departments, ask at your local council housing department, ask charities for advice, rhe biggest used to be called the spastic society, but for obvious reasons has changed its name, not sure what to but I'm sure that you could find it on the net. good luck to you and your friend.
