How do you get a clothes shop to be designed?

Sorry if this question is silly. But, how do you get a clothes shop to be designed the way you want it, like with all the cashier equipment, all the walls painted, the flooring, the changing room, everything?

Are there like special people who do it just for stores? If so what are they called?

you need to find a shopfitting company who can design it and manufacture the shelves / racks and all display equipment. They may also advise in the tills.
Where are you located? I deal with a few shopfitters in my line of work but Im in the east of england

Or hire an interior designer and separate contractor to follow the proposed designs.
