OMG!! I'm gonna be 30 tomorrow!
I really thought I wasnt bothered but over the last couple of days, I've been feeling a bit cr@ppy, and I've realised that the thought of getting older is really getting to me!!!
I know I can't stop it happening or that there's really anything I can do - but what can make me feel better about it?

happy birthday A ur gonna have a ball in dublin. u should get ya hubby 2 buy tickets for the full monty at the olypia. should get you in the mood wink wink..........not that you will need it. dublin will never be the same after ur visit. 30 aint that bad. i had a surprise party 4 mine. it was wicked what i can remember........only downside 2 being 30+ is ur memory goes a bit funny well mine has.........what was the qustion again lol

Funny, I turned 30 last Saturday and I had a BBQ on Fri to celebrate the last night of my 20's and I was nearly crying all week but I had such a good time and got sooooooo goosed that I completely forgot!
Saturday was nearly the same, went to Comedy Cafe in Newcstle. I was getting pretty depressed for about 6 months and when the time came, I was so occupied with having fun that i completely forgot... and i didn't spend any time whatsoever on my own for the whole weekend to mull over it...

Ps, as a feel good factor tho, either go to your local working mans club or bingo hall and then you can say, your one of the youngest people in their lol

I'm going to be thirty on feb 16 next year - my twenties have been interesting but messed up. I'm hoping that things will work out for me next year - the last decade has consisted of bad and good relationships, university, crap jobs, anorexia, alcoholism, travelling the world, and finally coming home on the verge of a breaktime! My family are amazingly supportive, but I want to wipe the slate clean - anyone else glad to enter their thirties but scared at the same time?!
