I cant keep them on and so I have never had to worry about getting them off.
there is loads of things you can buy from the shops but thay are all rubbish i wouldnt waste your money on em cos they cost about 15 quid and you can go back to the salon and get them of for that! another thing dont try and pull them of ..... i tried it..........ouch.......

hope this helpsx
Yes - go to the beauty supply store and but a bottle of acetone. Pour it into a shallow bowl and soak your fingers until the nails dissolve enough to rub off. Do not file them off, or you will do damage to your real nails.
hi blondie,
that sounds quite clever too, i wonder if maybe I should actually get the nails done and then make sure i have that stuff in for when they go wrong.

far too many blondes on this thread lol!
thanks
oh hi blondegirly i hadn't noticed that!
Blondebird, I used to have these, but I found that the nail salon filed my nails so thin in order to put the gel on, so when they took it off, my natural nails were thin and weak and bumpy. Never again.

Oh, blondegirly... you should also give them a quick all-over filing to remove the shiny top layer before you soak... that makes it easier for the acetone to penetrate.
blondie that is way i don't lke geting them done, as when they fall off they look so awful, my real nails i mean . It is also quite painful sometmes too,
I may try them again possibly.
LOL I just noticed the blonde thing!
oh three, funny hadn't seen that.

not my usual thing but my own nails are such a disaster I had gel nails for my wedding day. I soaked them last weekend and it thinned them down but my fingers got all wrinkly so I wondered if there was a better way. and OUCH for the one that pulled off. never again altho they looked fab and survived my honeymoon
sorry but I am LMAO at all these blonde names
bl00dy hell aren't you lot confused I am ;-)

well It's quite a technique to get the nails just right blondegirly, I give up on it really.
Hi
I am a beauty therapist i wouldnt recomend picking or biting them off as this will damage yr nail underneath,if u buy some acetone but apply vasaline around your cuticles and let them soak 4 about 10 mins till they peel off. After they have come off apply some hand and nail lotion as the acetone can cause dryness.
