You could use tape and minted floss on alternate days, to liven things up a bit !!

they should invent chocolate floss, but it would defeat the purpose of flossing in the first place

Put off flossing until a couple of your teeth have fallen out: then you will have big spaces in your mouth to explore with the floss, rather than all those tight gaps between the teeth.
