No i'm not talking about colonic irrigation! But as a sufferer of IBS i have heard that products such as Lepicol or maxicol that claim to cleanse the colon are an effective prevention for the symptoms of IBS. Also how do they work, they contain fibre and probiotics, but i'm not sure if extra fibre is something that i really need in my diet.

Has anyone here used these or similar products and how effective have they found them?
