Without knowing more about your age, medical history, situation etc, the only thing I can suggest is that you buy an over-the-counter ovulation kit from the chemists. If you're still menstuating, use this according to the instructions around the middle of your cycle. This would help you figure out if you're ovulating which is obviously the first step to getting pregnant. Beyond that, I can't really offer more advice. Good luck!
