Is there any way of removing the green ring on the wrist that happens when you wear a copper braclet; i'm asking on behalf of my dad!

Try nail varnish remover on a cotton wool pad not too much though.
The green is copper sulphate from the bracelet which has reacted with the acid in your dad's skin. The body then absorbs the copper which is believed to have an anti-inflammatory effect. If it seems to be doing the trick ( it seemed to help a shoulder injury I had ), tell him not to worry about the green ring as it is a sign that he is getting the copper from the bracelet. I wore a bracelet for about four months and seemed to get a good result but I would be wary of using one really long term.
Kate 321, Cif cream cleanser takes it off, but remind your dad to wash that off with soap after the green has gone, that's what my friends dad uses.
if he is not bothered about the effects of copper and is only wearing it because he likes it, coat the inside with clear nail varnish
