I have recently been crash dieting to get into a dress for tomorrow night. I know its not big or clever to do this but it was just too tight last week!! Today I have occasionally felt a clicking in my throat (gullet area) when I swallow saliva. Its slighly painful and usually lasts for about 10 swallows then stops. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Its a horrible feeling. Is it connected to the very low food intake?
