What else do you make your porridge with Rave? water or milk, salt or sugar???

You could be like me, I'm highly carb intollerant but if i use organic oats with full fat milk only i find i can enjoy porridge without too much nagging.

water and honey

You could find you don't handle carbs on their own so well. Carbs need acid to break them down in digestion whereas proteins require alkali.

I think the fat from the milk and the lack of any sugary, carb loaded substance is what helps me. Use skimmed milk if you're worried about fats but avoid sugar and honey, see if that helps?

thanks
what else do you eat? porridge should do the opposite unless your not eating much and theres too much stomach acid and nothing to digest.
