I realise the stuff is a 'drink', so perhaps the question should go in F&D, but my question is more about how it affects the body... or not, as the case may be.

Has anyone felt any better or 'healthier' after drinking it for a couple of weeks? Or any worse? Or is it all just hype?

**Edit: You know when you submit a question, it shows you similar questions and asks if you still want to submit it? Well, I am unable to click the few links that came up, so apologies if this question has been answered... but I can't see the answers!**

I don't think it does any harm, there are a few on the market, they have an active bacteria in them that you find in yoghurt, this is what is good for you it helps build up good bacteria in your gut which builds up your immune system and helps fight infection. I drink them but not all the time, I dont particularly feel better like the ads lead you to believe so i think that is a bit of 'hype' but i would say yes they do work!
It's all hype - the natural and proper digestive acids in the stomach (we'd die without them) kill 99% of the'active' ingredients in these drinks and foodstuffs within minutes.

Having said that - they won't do any harm.

You are far better eating a varied and balanced diet.

The advertising obliquely refers to relieving constipation and bloat- but that's not 'sexy' in the media world!

Have a look at this website, it goes into how it works, and also shows that the bacteria works because it isnt killed by the stomach acids and has chance to reach the gut! maybe i'm gullible but i genuinely believe it works!
