Hello,


I'm not afraid to admit it but I have a bit of a large bum. Does anyone know any simple tried and tested exercises to sort this out? (you know - ones you can do at home?)

Losing weight from your bum seems to be a problem for so many people. I would suggest eating healthy and doing squats. One of the best things you can buy is one of those FIT balls, you know the huge plastic squidgey balls that you can do sit ups and press ups on!

Chris, Sit on the floor and "Walk" around on your bum in short bursts throughout the day and evening it really works:--)
