<touches wood as she says she hasnt got it yet>

Got the windows open and have been sneezing all morning :-(

I think I have got it. Funnily enhough I only started suffering from hayfever about 3 years ago..before that time I had no symptoms at all.

I thought it may have been too soon for hayfever season, and as I have just got a new cat I was worried it might have been him causing my sneezes..phew!

Someone said the same thing to me once that it ws too early in the year to be suffering from hayfever. I asked my doctor and she said it could start any time from around feb. She said that the grass pollen season starts early in the year and then the flower stuff later (i think thats the right way round) i suffer really badly in the the spring but by the end of the summer i'm fine.
iv'e started suffering since last month, but it comes and goes. i hope it remains this way because it gets really bad. the strange thing is, i have never suffered from this until the last two years.
My son and i are suffering terribly. In the morning we wake up totally blocked and piggy eyed. We are coughing, itching, sneexzing and blowing all over the place. i can only imagine it is the 7 acre field of Rape seed in the field behind our garden. The wind comes off the sea and blows all the pollen into our garden and house. Lovely.

What is the point of rape seed anyhow?

dont know if this helps, but the last few years i started to get hayfever really badly, and it was suggested on "This Morning" or GMTV cant remember which one.

To take your hayfever tablets b4 you get symptoms. normally come this time of year i start sneezin, itchy eyes. then it goes away around may then comes back worse in June until the end of summer.

So this year i started taking Hayfever tablets in march, so far fingers crossed havent had any symptoms...

the way i looked at it was, anythings worth a try as hayfever is so horrible.

I take antihistamines all year round , lol
but yes my hayfever started middle of march this year as well.
...tree pollen is bad at this time of year...
I have been suffering from hayfever badly for over 20 years. Last year I tried avoiding certain foods. Lay off tomatoes, cheese, chocolate and anything with chives. Do eat honey, local honey if poss. Last year I suffered very little and so far this year virtually no signs of it. Worth a go!
Yes I am suffering hayfever. I always get it at this time of year its the rape seed that I am allergic too. Lost count of the number of times I've sneezed today. Runny nose, itchy eyes etc etc ..........its great!!!
as I as saying muffdiving is when the woman...ooops sorry, wrong thread!!!
you could try the Qu-Chi acupressure band. i know it works because i invented it. i am an acupuncturist in leeds and did 4 years of clinical trials before launching this year. it is drug-free, no side effects and suitable for all ages.
