What are the alternatives to braces for straightening teeth? I'm 24 and don't want to have a brace but i've heard there are other options for older people?

There are braces called Invisalign that are clear so unless you look closely no one would know you're wearing them. They are quite expensive as they've only recently been introduced to the UK from America I think between 3,000 - 8,000.

Other than that you can have cosmetic surgery but from what I've read it can weaken your teeth and you may have to go back for more work if your teeth realign themselves.

Hope this helps :-)

You might be able to have a brace that you only wear when you go to bed at night, but that might depend on how much work you actually need done. Best to go and talk it through with your dentist, I'm sure they'll understand your concerns. Good luck!

You could also get caps. This is where the dentist will glue straight teeth on
