is ther a gluten free muscle supplement for muscle building?

I suffer from lots of allergies from foods, i am now training at the gym to bulk up a bit and to help i have to get a muscle supplement to help repair my muscles.


most supplements contain many different things whic i think i may be allergic too. i have allerigies to gluten, millet, wheat, yeast, cows milk and eggs, soy bean. now i can eat these and not die, it just makes me really tired and run down.


so does anyone know a good muscle gainer whichout anything liek these in? if so let me know please!!

People consider that by taking in muscle milk they'll slim down. It needs to be fully understood that muscle milk supplies the body system with supplemental fats and necessary protein that are supposed to be burnt up whilst performing exercises.
