Unfortunately I paid for a mattress via the above and very stupid of me I didn't look at the reviews.  Now I am very concerned that I won't get my item.  I did look at a post of 2017 and 2018 and I am not happy at all.  According to the reviews are very bad but just wondering has anybody any luck with them.  Thanks

I just had a quick look at the Trustpilot reviews and it looks like there are quite a few good reviews.  There are a small amount of poor reviews, but the ones I read were about the actual product involved.

thanks Wolf - I must have read other reviews.  Like the mattress was quite expensive and I had to pay separately for delivery.  Hopefully it will arrive

They have a physical address in London and a telephone number so if nothing arrives you will be able to contact them.

Question Author

can't ring as I am deaf but reading the reviews - they did say - they emailed them and got no response.

Gogroopie Feel Good Deals

sorry the link to customer service won't work

Maybe this will work...there is an area to fill for specific enquiries...and a contact address.

How come that link worked for you? 😂😂😂

Question Author

well - just went into my emails there as I used "Contact Us".  Gogroopie sent me an email with a link to the seller of the mattress.  I looked at that and that was SR Living Ltd - and there was a box for me to email them - and I did ask when I would receive the mattress.  According to Gogroopie - SR Living should answer me within 3 days hopefully.

Question Author

well have just received an email from the mattress supplier via gogroopie, altho gogroopie don't seem to have read it.

anyway the supplier has said they are requesting cancellation of the order because its courier won't deliver to my address.  I then contacted gogroopie requesting a refund of the mattress and refund of the courier.

Will this suffice.  Thanks

Have you read this?  Did you redeem the voucher?

Question Author

Barry - I shouldn't have got involved in all of this.  Don't know what vouchers are - all I know the money has been taken off my online account.  The payment for the mattress and the courier.  I guess I have lost.

You should still get your money back.  Don't give up

You have to claim your refund from SR Living.

How did you come to use GoGroopie

Question Author

I have contacted Gogroopie and SR Living - it is only in the last 2 days about the mattress being cancelled and wanting a refund but I have heard nothing from them.  Will I have to wait longer before I contact them again.

Try again on Monday.

Question Author

Barry - I have sent another request for a refund but can you tell me since I got a message from SR Living requesting cancellation - have SR Living been paid or gogroopie.  thanks

SR Living has your money.

Ok thanks for answer
