I liked my job, but I didn’t like working for this company. Because they harassed their employees. I wasn’t the only one. I couldn’t tolerate it so I quit. And now after 5 years I’m thinking maybe the management has changed. Plus the job payed me well. What do you guys think?

I don't think it's ever wise to go back, even with good experiences. Move forward.

no, once out find another job...
You'll just end up in the same situation whatever you're in now would have to be worse than that job. Do you think you made a mistake leaving?
i wouldn't go back, but look forward, join an agency where they can look for suitable jobs for you.
i also don't think being harassed is right, so who would want to return.
Never go back.
Will they want to re-employ you?

If your other options seem worse - go back. You can always leave again.
Ask someone there

You have found the grass is NOT greener on the other side. But the answer ( which I have heard actually) 'nothing has changed' means that you should not.

yes leddies, I agree with y'all on this cold sunday
No problem going back as long as the money is good and the people are ok, this is a job not a relationship!
Its a working relationship.
if you are not happy there
it is a helluva long working day ( 8h ) to be unhappy in
Am i good at the job?

Will i get paid well?

Do i like money?

Is it going to be forever?

One - Shrewsbury, now the subject of an official inquiry - i lasted 3 hrs at.
( at noon, first day, went out and posted the will-I, wont-I application to another permanent position
Three hours to turn to - I will!-I will! )
shro-lo - it was forty years ago the ex-army officer was keen to make men work without meals.....
Think of airplane - "I can't stand it - no - no - it was awful - terrible, nightmare. " as people cue up to slap her
experiment hasnt worked before - if you resigned

if there was a mass-firing, then it is useful to contact them to say after a few weeks, can I have my job back? - by then they have found out who was turning in a decent days work! [god no this isnt a joke]

yo are not in that category so dont go back
BUT if you are adamant, ring up someone who is there and ask if it has changed

and yes in the NHS we have told re-appliers, 'nothing has changed.' = he is still there.
Thomas Mann stipulated that ‘you can never go home again’.
Does the company feature on the glassdoor.co.uk website?
