The British Dental Association STRONGLY advises against the use of home teeth whitening kits:

They all use hydrogen peroxide, which can be DANGEROUS if not used correctly.

Stick to using whitening toothpastes and/or getting professional dental treatment.

I would just use any whitening toothpaste and go to a dental hygienist regularly. There is no quick fix.

A friend of mine got a home kit from a dentist in Bulgaria and it left her mouth very painful.

Not surprising tigger...hydrogen peroxide is an oxidising agent that can quickly strip the skin off your gums!

My granddaughter just had to pay close to £2000, to have teeth repaired do to using whitening products.
