Santander 123 light account. £1 monthly fee and you get up to 3% in cash back on every DD you pay using the account. This is year after year and the cash goes on monthly. I average around £7 cashback per month as I have around 14 DD's coming out.

Not at all - I saw the posting for both jokes this morning , in latest posts - no trawling
As for sparklykid - it was a reasonable question given that he had posted about changing bank accounts for easy money and then subsequently posted again querying whether or not it was worth the hassle

//£3 monthly fee waived if payments in exceed £1500//
So Lloyds, then?
Switching banks is a piece of cake. Done it loads of times to get the best of what's on offer (or, on one occasion, to show my disgust at shoddy service). Never had any problems. They will switch incoming payments so long as they are made by either a standing order or direct debit.
