Just been diagnosed with this. Rashes on roof of foot, nor painful but sometimes itchy. Don't know much about it but would appreciate any help.

I came across a case of this recently. In a nutshell it's incurable and mostly cosmetic. You can apply Hydrocortisone Cream if the lesions become itchy.
