My GP says I can drink occasional health drinks if I don't feel like eating a meal. Can anyone suggest one please?

what did he/she mean by health drinks?

gin and tonic

A lady I knew used to have Complan if she didn't feel like eating. They do milk shake or soup.

Ensure make a good range for people unable or not wanting to eat.
They are used in hospitals.
