Arms on a 'leather' chair

Does anyone know if I can get some kind of black fabric tape to cover a big rip in the arm of my chair, as all the foam is starting to come out

Do places like Homebase sell them, or do I have to go to a shop that sells fabrics etc

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanx Clanad...

Its not that a decent chair, in fact it was to be thrown out by a high st bank (I was doing an IT disposal, and they asked could I take it, part from one arm its in good nick though)
