think she is off - but she left a wee recipe for her dumplings saying 400 of SR Flour and 150 beef suet - does she mean 400grams - thanks to all you cooks
back again - I cook on top of the cooker so I'll be doing the mince in the pot. So when it is ready will put the dumplings in and cook in the oven - what number please at fan assisted.
I’d do the dumplings and them ‘rest’ for about an hour JJ
Cook your mince and onion with sliced carrots ( optional)
Preheat your oven , 180 fan assisted and pop dumplings in, if you find the dough to be a bit tacky,roll them in more flour, then leave them till they are brown on the top
