If you go to A & E dont let on what your AB name is :-)
I don't know how old you are but when I was in my early 20's, I had a lump on my left nadger. It hurt as well. Took me ages to get in to see a GP (embarrassment). Turned out to be a simple cyst and removed quickly in hospital.
Big deal back when I was young. Wouldn't give a stuff now about getting my 'bits' checked out.
Don't put this off.
I agree. Listen to your mates on here.
I think Jack is past the age of embarrassment!

Jack - this isn't the first time you've mentioned the colour of your urine, that alone is worrying!
Pump jack I would call 999 and see what they say. If necessary they will send paramedics to check you out. Please do ring.

Wonder if we are ever over specific things ummm?
Couldnt give a fig over genital/arris area. Still got a 'thing' over other parts of my body though. (arms are a bit disfigured for example...self harm yrs ago).
Things/memories linger.
He's either there by now or the pain's bearable.

In either case nagging won't help. He's an adult, let it be.
Yes, I understand that, Nailit.
nobody is nagging, douglas, everyone's just saying the same thing, which is a different matter. When doctors and former sufferers agree, there's a fair chance that the advice is good.
TonyV, he'd be better off calling 111. If he can post on the internet he doesn't need an ambulance turning up at his house with the sirens on.
The 4½ hour silence hopefully tells us Douglas is probably right.
History might suggest otherwise with this particular patient, jno.

He tends to plough his own furrow regardless of input.
what ummmm said...
And not just saying that because she agreed with me....
Just the sensible thing to do.

As a man who has had 'below' pain, either get to a GP asap, or get to a walk in.
Ummmm was just advising to dial 999 they will decide whether ambulance is required. 111 operators just read from a script.
>>> 111 operators just read from a script

They actually refer you to a triaging system which works out the best course of action. When I had reason to call 111 a few months back, I was quite impressed with the way the system works.
Ok Chris just my experience as you say a bit of a triage.
When my OH rang 111 when I was ill the paramedic turned up at the door while he was still on the phone to them.
Ok ummmm not going to squabble, we just have best emergency service. Xx

Did you go to A&E?
DD will let us know or not, Wolf, the ball's in his court.
