i may be old fashioned but duck with apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing takes some beating-that means you only have to roast the duck-the rest comes out of jars or packets

I love duck. My favourite flavour is orange or honey, but it might be too sweet for some tastes. I rub some salt into the skin, then glaze with honey and finish with thinly sliced orange. on the top. The skin should go nice and crispy
