None of it would have happened. At the start, I would have exchanged insurance details with the other driver and dumped it all in the lap of my insurance company.
I was the other person in that scenario over 10 years ago, a cab drove up my *** whilst at traffic lights in Seven Sisters, the driver did not want to go through the insurance companies as he had already had several claims. I was happy no to push my insurance up for future years.
We went to his garage who I then contact when alone and asked them to double check to ensure no further damage. I charged the whole damn lot to the cab driver.
What would I do now - either put it through the insurance or pay up - it was her driving that caused the accident!!
