Co-Amoxiclav 250/125 Side Effects?

On Tuesday I was prescribed Co-Amoxiclav for a an ear/sinus infection. The last 3 nights I have had very vivid dreams/nightmares. Could this be associated with the tablets or the actual infection do you think? I have had Amoxicillin on its own over the years and have been fine.

Sqad

It is unlikely that either antibiotics or your ear infection is the cause of your nightmares.
As a long shot it could well be the ear infection....but unlikely.
Monitor the situation, but do look out for headaches or double vision, which could indicate a worsening of your infection.

Thanks Sqad. I stupidly left the constant earache for weeks until it got so bad I went to the Doctors. Just a foggy head with the Sinuses (I do suffer from blocked sinuses). No double vision. The infection seems to be lifting just a slight earache now. Thanks again.
