I've been taking cat's claw for over four years to help with the pain of arthritis. Having read about devil's claw I would like to try both. Is this advisable?

I cannot see any scientific evidence that either plays a part in the treatment of "arthritis" (you don't indicate which type) and,my opinion is that it is safe to take both together. Your GP would probably have never heard of either and would have to search the internet.

The person you should be asking is your GP Jan, it's the side effects you need to be aware of.
