For the past few days I've been getting a weird buzzing feeling in one foot. Doesn't hurt or anything but it's pretty annoying. Very random too, can be when I'm sitting normally at work or at home with my legs up or down.

Any clues what may be causing this?

No idea!
How about a bit of background?
Any underlying medical history or drug therapy...e.g diabetes?

No diabetes (that I know of!). Had a herniated disc once which caused numbness in one foot but it's not that one. Don't really have any major problems to tell!
Then forget it.......monitor the situation for the next 6 months.

SharonA - yes it's like that! No numbness or anything like that, just weird buzzing/tingling sensation. Almost like if you were standing on something electrical and you could feel the vibrations through your feet. Now that I'm aware of it I can't stop noticing it!!
I get restless leg syndrome, and I get that weird buzzing, but I get it in my upper leg, I keep going to get my phone out of my pocket thinking its on vibrate, just to find my phone is on the table.

I put it down to a nerve doing a wobbly!
You've got a nerve !
