I bought a hand help spirolizer yesterday. The booklet with it is very low on information. Am I right to assume that once the vegs are put through the spirolizer, the ribbons must still cook in boiling water - Same length of time as when they were just in pieces or for a shorter length of time as they are so much thinner now?

Thinner stuff does tend to cook quicker than thicker stuff.
Lyn, there's a few vids on youtube x
Depending on the veg,you can eat them raw if you so choose....put in salads.
