what sort of pain relief, petal? Many people swear by the copper bangles for rheumatics.

my mum used to wear a magnetic wristband for pain relief she said it worked i think it was called 'bioflow'
I have a little gadget called iHeal.. I'm suffering from tendonitis in my foot/leg and it's agony! The only thing that takes away the pain is the iHeal. It's about an inch in length and takes a small battery. I stick mine on with double sided tape but it does come with a band to wear on the wrist. It's about £30. Have a look on Amazon.
