yes, have a look at bbc.co.uk, under learning and languages. you can register and go through some basic exercises.

This is quite a rounabout way, but you could register with audible.com, a 'talking book' site. They offer a selection of free audiobooks to download, one of which is a guide to beginners' Spanish.
