I know it might sound like a silly question, but are there any exersizes to strengthen my wrists??

They ache like mad when we're doing certain floor work in Pilates, but no one else in the class has a problem.

Thanks x

THe old fasioned sqeezing a tennis ball is a good wrist and forarm strengthener. Simply grip the ball and sqeeze it and release, once a second, untill you cant do it any more, then swap arms. Id say do three sets per arm per day for a week, then increase to six sets on two occasions, maybe morning and evening. Alternatively, sit in a firm chair, (like a dining chair), rest your forarm on your thigh, palm facing up, and grasp a weight in your hand, as much or as little as you can manage. Then curl the weight up towards your elbow, moving only your wrist, keep your forearm still on your thigh. Repeat as above.

These are good for building up wrist and arm strength.
