What is Stilnox? What is its chemical composition? Does it have an adverse effects as far as the patient is concerned? I do know that it is a sleeping pill of some description but I would like some reassuring information about its use

I think you mean stilnoct yes it is a sleeping tablet , It is the only night sedation that the london underground approve of for its workers ( as far as i know) because it has a very good profile - as in it does not cause "hangover " type side effects. I have occasionally used it ( on perscription) and I have been impressed by the lack of groggy ness in the morning-( I drive for a living) i also know that is has no adictive properties ( when compared to placebo ) bottom line is -- it is one of the safest sleeping pills on the market-- and as a side note has NO street value! ( as in it will not give a high to drug users so therfore must be safe for the rest of us)
