This is not straight forward as Autonomic Neuropathy is not a disease in itself, but a group pf symptoms that are secondary to the predominant disease e.g Diabetes which is the most common.

Blood tests may almost certainly identify the main disorder, but as far as I am aware there is no specific blood test for Autonomic Neuropathy, which, as i have mentioned , isn't a disease.

Perhaps more details!

Thank you Peter and Sqad for your answers. I'm diabetic (type 2 on insulin) and have been so for 17 years, already have neuropathy in my feet, but recently have had trouble with both bladder and bowels, so it was suggested that possibly automnic neuropathy might be the cause? I've googled it, which is probably not the wisest thing to do, and it does seem to be likely. Fortunately I've realised that I actually have an appointment at the Diabetic clinic on Thursday, so will be able to ask questions then.
