Microgynon Pill...irregular Bleeds

My 19 yr old daughter has been on this pill for a year now but the last 3 months the breakthrough bleed has been midway through the pack or later than the 7 day break...anything to worry about?

Breakthough bleeding may occur at any time whilst on a combined pill, but usually at the start of taking the pill, whilst the body is getting used to it.

Almost certainly nothing to worry about but as it has been for 3 consecutive months then I would advice a GP check.

I had similar on this pill was changed to a mini pill that was taken all the time with no break....can't remember name ..ovranette???

I had the same on this pill was changed to one called Triovum (I think) 3 different coloured pills for 7 days each. Had no problems after changing.
